GENERAL TERMS

1. Service Provided to the User

The user will contact Visionary via email to request the desired Roblox Map design. Once the user provides the details of the requested map, the design will be created and presented to the user according to their specifications.

2. Payment Process

After the user sends the required information via email, a Payoneer payment request will be sent. This request will be based on the information the user provides (such as the map design requirements). Once the payment is completed, the design process will begin.

3. Accepted Currency

All currencies are accepted, and users can make the payment in their preferred currency. Payments made via Payoneer will be automatically accepted with the appropriate conversion process.

PAYMENT METHODS

1. Accepted Payment Methods

After the user provides the necessary information via email, payment can be made via Payoneer. The payment process will only begin once the correct and complete information is provided by the user.

2. How Payment is Made

Payments can be made in two ways, depending on the user’s preference:

• Full Payment: The user pays the total amount for the design in one transaction.

• Deposit and Final Payment: The user makes a 25% deposit to start the design process. The remaining payment is made once the job is completed.

REFUND POLICY

1. Refund Process

If the user is not satisfied with the completed work and has made the full payment, a refund will be issued. However, if the user has paid the 25% deposit to start the job, and later requests a refund after the work has started, the refund will not be granted. The deposit will not be refunded.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

1. How Digital Products Will Be Delivered

During the creation process, the user will be informed about each step. Once the design is complete, the final product will be sent via email or through the communication method preferred by the user, in a RAR file format.

2. Delivery Time

The delivery time may vary depending on the size and complexity of the work. The estimated delivery time will be communicated to the user beforehand.

PRIVACY POLICY AND DATA PROTECTION

1. User Data Protection

After the payment is processed, all personal and payment information of the user will be completely deleted. The information collected will only be used for the payment process, and after payment completion, it will be erased.

2. Data Security

The data collected after the payment will be stored in a securely encrypted folder. Once the payment is completed and all processes are finalized, the data will be deleted from the folder.
